We are fully heated and air conditioned to keep you comfortable all year round. We use the best haircare brands on the market that are environmentally friendly and cruelty free. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you require an appointment reminder please give your email address or mobile number to your stylist and ask them to add you to our automated reminder service.
An appointment that is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur 50% fee of the service booked. This will need to be paid in order to book a future appointment.
Missed/ No show appointments will incur 100% fee of the service booked. This will need to be paid in order to book a future appointment.
We understand that emergencies arise and this will be taken into consideration. Charges will be at your stylists discretion.
